When I founded My Starving Lion, I faced a huge dilemma. I originally got OUT of the music industry because I hated the constant need for fame and glory and the insatiable craving for more and more money. If the fame, glory and greed were MY motive, I was prepared to turn tail and run. After all, music is an art; a means by which we express deep emotions and relate to and touch the listeners and fans. That is why we SHOULD make music.

After soul searching for weeks and months; after battling with myself for basically the entire production of the first album, I finally understood the passion to touch peoples lives; the desire that I will make a mark where there wasn't one before. That’s why I create the music I make.

And because of that, we are making every single song and the whole album free for you to download. Right along with making all digital downloads free, we are reducing prices across the board on all our merch to only the cost of shipping.
